| The Employment Advantage Program has been in continual research and development since 1999, and now contains these world-class features: NATIONAL CREDENTIALS The Employment Advantage Program is Nationally Accredited by the Training and Accreditation Council, and is Department of Education, Employment Workplace Relations compliant (National Code: 52230). Upon completion of the program, participants will be awarded with a unique Certificate of Completion registered with the Australian Government. Furthermore, the Employment Advantage Program meets Phase III and IV criteria of the Australian National Blueprint for Career Development. ENDORSED BY THE CURRICULUM COUNCIL The Employment Advantage Program is endorsed under the Community Organisation category of Curriculum Council Endorsed Programs for 3 points (Program Code: CIPEA). This program significantly contributes to a student’s West Australian Certificate of Education. COMPLETELY ONLINE The Employment Advantage Program can be undertaken with little to no paperwork. A classroom companion is available. IMBEDDED AUDIO The online program incorporates a complete audio component to make learning easier and more engaging. The audio is suitable for students with learning disabilities. PROVEN RESULTS 90.6% of participants that are looking for work have found a placement within 4 weeks of completing the Employment Advantage Program. This easy-to-navigate structured five module program contains questionnaires after each lesson, tests after each module and a final exam to certify a strong foundational knowledge of job search processes.
